With nearly 20+ years of experience across cyber operations, military leadership, behavior science, and transformational education, I created frameworks to help individuals and organizations navigate uncertainty, build sustainable growth, and lead from the inside out.

I’m an author, veteran, and leadership learning strategist — but before I taught leadership, I had to learn how to lead myself first. I’m a builder of people, a thinker, and a transformer of process and purpose.

💬 I didn’t start this work to impress the world. I started it to change it — one conversation, one person, one moment of courage at a time. I come from the world of cyber, structure, and STEM — but I knew that without emotional clarity, and identity alignment, none of that would stick. I’ve built programs, taught students, mentored leaders, and spoken on stages, but what matters most is this:
